NFConnections is operated by Arksow. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in NFConnections
- Sign in to the NFConnections account you want to delete.
- Open the menu, choose Edit profile, and find Delete my account.
- Select Delete account and confirm the deletion prompt. You may be asked to sign in again to protect your account.
If you cannot sign in
Email alvin.c@adrenalin.com.sg from the email address on the account. Include the words account deletion. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request and normally complete a verified request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your NFConnections authentication account and active sessions.
- Your public profile, contact details, and uploaded profile photo.
- Your saved past-connections history and connections pointing to your deleted profile.
- Registrations, card assignments, and NFC tap records associated with your profile; assigned physical cards are made inactive.
Deletion does not delete your Google account. It also cannot remove contact files, screenshots, or other copies that another person saved before deletion.
Limited retention
Live account and profile records are removed when deletion completes. Access-restricted backup copies are scheduled to be overwritten within 30 days. Arksow may retain a narrowly limited record longer only when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute.
