Terms of Use

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account, publishing a profile, or continuing to use NFConnections, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use NFConnections for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Your account and public card

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Your completed profile is public to people who receive its link, QR code, or associated NFC redirect. You are responsible for deciding which business contact details to publish.

You may not transfer an account, evade a suspension, automate abusive access, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with NFConnections or another user.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Arksow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve NFConnections. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups and legal or safety records described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content and that it is accurate and lawful.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not submit, link to, or use NFConnections to distribute:

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or dangerous content;
• harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, or graphic violence;
• sexual content, nudity, or content involving the exploitation of minors;
• another person's personal data, image, identity, trademark, or copyrighted work without permission;
• impersonation, misleading affiliations, scams, spam, malware, or malicious links; or
• content designed to bypass moderation, access controls, or applicable law.

Reports, blocks, and enforcement

You can report or block a public profile from its safety controls. You may also contact alvin.c@adrenalin.com.sg with the profile URL and reason. Reports must be made in good faith.

Arksow may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, disable a card, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user and provide a way to request review.

QR and NFC use

NFConnections shares profile links through QR codes and may work with pre-encoded physical NFC cards. Phone compatibility, browser behaviour, camera conditions, connectivity, NFC hardware, and third-party services affect whether a scan or tap succeeds. NFConnections does not promise that one consumer phone can emulate a general NFC tag for another phone.

Availability and third parties

We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features. Google sign-in, browsers, email delivery, hosting, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, NFConnections is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your account

You may stop using NFConnections or permanently delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page. Arksow may suspend or close an account that materially or repeatedly violates these Terms, creates risk, or must be restricted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arksow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, content saved or misused by another person, or failures caused by third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, safety, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using and delete the account.
